Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking, remaining balance to be settled on or before the event day, refunds will only be issued if urban battlefields have to cancel an event for health and safety reasons due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Urban battlefields ask that participants inform us at least 96 hours before event day if a cancellation is required so if the booking was for an open session we have time to inform other groups that due to possible low numbers there may be an event cancellation, in the event that notice of cancellation from participants falls within the 96 hours notice period then urban battlefields will not issue a deposit refund, if for private bookings the participant numbers drop below 18 urban battlefields will require full payment for the minimum participation requirement.

Liability Waivers

Below is a link for our liability waiver that can be downloaded and printed off. all participants must have a waiver filled in upon arrival and hand it in to a member of staff. any participants without a waiver can not play, parents or guardians must sign for players under the age of 18 years old. we do not accept digital or emailed copies. pdf: Urban-Battlefields-waiver-new

What should I wear?

Wear appropiate clothing for the weather and wear appropiate grippy footwear for a wet muddy field in winter. We offer camoflauge coveralls at no extra charge in the winter months to help with the cold and wet days. all players will have to wear our hats for hygiene reasons and can any players with hair up in pony tails please have them low, not high pony tails.

Do you do any catering?

unfortunately We don’t offer any catering services but you are very welcome to bring your own food or order in food. Why not add a little extra to your day by visiting a restaurant for a delicious meal or hiring in extras for more fun after playing laser tag. Click links below:

How much is it?

£22 per player no matter the age, we do ask for a deposit to confirm booking.

Do you have party invites?

yes we have a basic party invitation with our address and company details on, you are welcome to print or download for use . click link: Urban Battlefields party Invitation

Is there parking?

we have a free marked up Urban Battlefields car park on the right hand side at the end of the entrance driveway on a grass field, please refrain from parking anywhere else other than the authorised car park.
